Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Products Only

Infintrix.io sells NFTs only. No physical products are shipped.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because digital goods cannot be returned and blockchain transfers are irreversible, all NFT purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The NFT was not delivered
  
• A confirmed technical issue occurred on our side
  

Requests must be sent to support@infintrix.io within 48 hours.

4. Incorrect Wallet Information

We are not responsible for NFTs delivered to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.

5. Technical Issues

If problems occur during payment or delivery, our support team will investigate and assist.
