Purchasing a digital collectible on Infintrix is simple. Browse the available collections, choose the artwork you like, and complete the checkout process. After the transaction is confirmed, you will receive access to the digital artwork and its corresponding NFT collectible.
Once you purchase a digital collectible, it becomes part of your personal digital collection. You can view the artwork, keep it as part of your collection, and showcase it within supported platforms or digital galleries.
If you have completed your purchase but cannot find the digital artwork or NFT access, first check the email used during checkout, including your spam or junk folder. If the item is still missing, contact our support team with your order details so we can review the transaction and assist you.
Yes. After completing your purchase, you will receive access to the digital artwork and the corresponding NFT collectible. You can view the artwork anytime and keep it as part of your personal digital collection.
