1. Digital Nature of Products

All products sold on infintrix.io are digital artwork collectibles issued as NFTs. No physical goods are sold or delivered.

2. Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment authorization, customers receive:

Access to the digital artwork file
Access to the corresponding NFT or blockchain collectible

Delivery may occur through email, website download, or user account access.

3. No Physical Shipping

No physical products are shipped.

4. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital and collectible nature of NFT artwork, refunds are not available once the digital item or NFT has been delivered.

Refunds may only be granted in limited circumstances:

  • Technical failure preventing delivery

  • Duplicate payment

  • Transaction error confirmed by the Company

5. Refund Requests

Customers must contact support@infintrix.io with the transaction details and explanation of the issue.

6. Fraud Prevention

The Company monitors transactions using fraud prevention systems and reserves the right to delay or cancel suspicious transactions.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after receiving a digital product may be considered misuse of payment systems. The Company reserves the right to dispute such chargebacks using transaction and delivery records.
